I was really frustrated with the check-in process. My room wasn't ready until nearly 6:30, and I had to keep asking just to find out. Plus, the staff were overwhelmed, which made everything feel even more chaotic.

We stayed here before now; the staff is very helpful and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. We got a room with a tub.

This is a hotel go-to for Memphis! I would say it's perfect place for staying and exploring Memphis. I have stayed in the deluxe king room with a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an ironing set. The airport is 20 km away, easy to reach.

The hotel is stunning, and I loved how easy it was to explore everything in the area. We enjoyed walking to great restaurants and even caught a baseball game nearby. The staff were friendly, and our room was spotless. With convenient parking just across the street and a lovely breakfast, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

What a fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located - just a short stroll from Beale Street, making it super easy to explore all the local restaurants and nightlife. The decor is super unique and artsy, plus the staff were super friendly and attentive. I loved the breakfast; it was delicious and really set us up for the day!

Now, not everything was perfect. The room was a bit smaller than I'd hoped, and it took way too long for the hot water to kick in. Plus, the walls were a little thin, so we could hear neighbors a bit too well. a great experience but a few tweaks would make it even better!
